One of the most anticipated weeks of the Irish nightclub calendar is well and truly under way. With a host of events to choose from all over the country, we selected some events that caught our eye for Paddy’s week 2022.

Paddy’s Eve:

  • Touch Of Techno Presents – Midweek, Silky Club, Keenan, Magoo & Jack Costello At Pharmacia

Limerick promoter stalwarts Touch Of Techno bring a host of Limerick talent to Pharmacia. Except techno, breaks, bass and more provided by some of the busiest promoters in Ireland. You can get tickets here.

  • Toss The Salad Presents – R. Kitt & Cáit At Bow Lane

Dublins freshest new midweek club night Toss The Salad, launches its first event in Bow Lane this Paddy’s Eve. Midweek nights are a rarity in Dublin as of late so we’re very much looking forward to checking this one out. They’ve gifted the controls to two of Ireland’s most capable selectors R. Kitt & Cáit, so you know you’re in safe hands. You can get tickets here.

  • Slither Presents – Coco Bryce & Sully At Wigwam

Following Slithers last party drum and bass party with Tim Reaper the crew return to the Wigwam basement with a hefty double bill of Coco Bryce & Sully, with Al Hayes on support. This will be a crazy night of quality breaks. You can get tickets here.

  • Index Presents – I Hate Models

Irish techno favourite I Hate Models returns to our shores once again for a night of pounding techno. Support coming from rising stars Yasmin Gardezi & Mav 666, while Speed look after the second room. This one is sold out and with a stacked lineup throughout the night, this will be a big one.

  • Tengu Presents – Shannen Blessing, DJRIPT & Derv At Tengu

Tengu host a local night of quality techno in their intimate space. A carefully selected local lineup will soundtrack the night through various moods and atmospheres. If you want some local grooves, this is your answer. You can get tickets here.

  • Express Presents – Rowdiboi At The Loft

Express bring hard hitting techno producer, Rowdiboi to the Loft in Galway. This will be a night of thunderous kicks and big baselines. Get your tickets here.

  • Pyg Present – Joe Goddard [Hot Chip DJ Set] At Pygmallion

The legendary Joe Goddard of Hot chip touches down at the Pygmallion vaults for a night of house, disco and indie. This will be massive.

Paddy’s Day:

  • Index x Saoirse – Presents Abhaile

One of Ireland’s finest selectors returns to our shores for a special Paddy’s Day homecoming gig. The show is the first of Saoirse’s Abhaile event series in Ireland. Support from Fio Fa & Cáit while Jio & Efa O’Neill look after the second room. This lineup is quality through and through, and shall be a belter right from the kickoff. You can get tickets here.

  • Skin&Blister Presents – Bambi, Little O & Rhyzine At Tengu

Skin&Blister curate an all Irish lineup to celebrate Paddy’s Day in Tengu. They’ve invited Bambi, Little O, Rhyzine & a special guest to soundtrack an eclectic night of dance music for Dublins most forward thinking collective. You can get tickets here.

  • Korova Presents – DjRUM & Sputnik One At The Ulster Sports Club

Korova bring the one of Europes most talented DJs & producers to The Ulster Sports Club in Belfast. The talented DJ is joined by Sputnik One, Marion Hawkes, Crilli, Däïre & Lorcan. This will be sure to be a mental night in Belfast. You can purchase tickets here.

  • Vault Presents – Randomer At The Loft

The Vault crew have been bringing some of the worlds most in demand techno acts to Galway for the last few years including Stranger, Clouds and now Randomer. Oran Mulvey and Cian McGovern will be providing support duties. This will be a night of hammering techno. You can get tickets here.

  • Centre Point Presents – George Feely

Ireland’s favourite house and disco slinger George Feely headlines the newly refurbished Centre Point, fka Button Factory. George has been on a winning streak with releases lately, featuring on Eats Everything’s imprint as well as Terrence Parker remixing his latest EP. Dublin’s favourite feel good DJ on Paddy’s Day will be absolutely sensational.

  • Dublin Modular Presents – Paddy’s Day Paddio Party At Pallas Projects Studios

Dublin Modular bring a B.Y.O.B party to Pallas Studios to celebrate Paddy’s Day. They present a host of acts including; Siofra, Bull Horris, Frank Grimes, Tadhg K and more. There will be a multitude of genres on display through out the day from ambient right through to techno. You can purchase tickets here.

  • RePublik Presents – DIXON At Factory

Dixon has been one of the most in demand and respected electronic music DJs in the world for the last decade. Dixon’s ear for selecting music is second to none and is the perfect person to soundtrack RePublik’s 17th birthday. You can purchase tickets here.

  • Izotope Presents – Dart At Pharmacia

One of Ireland’s hottest producers right now Dart travels down to Limerick to shell it down at Pharmacia for the Izotope crew. Dart is flying high at the moment with big shows at AVA, Subclub and more. An Irish local flying high on Paddy’s Day, seems perfectly fitting. You can purchase tickets here.

Friday 18th:

  • Embedded & Manifest Present – Thomas P Heckmann At The Soundhouse

One of techno’s most influential producers touches down at The Soundhouse for a special Paddy’s weekend show. Heckmann needs no introduction as one of the most sought after names in techno. Joining him on the night is Jon Hussey and Con.R. You can purchase tickets here.

  • Limitless Presents – Mor Elian & Small Crab At Wigwam

Limitless bring over Fever AM boss Mor Elian for her Irish debut to the notorious Wigwam basement. The Berlin based artist has been building a terrific name for herself with unique sound design and intricate flavours in her productions, this is not to miss. Small Crab completes the lineup with following a standout debut on Hoer Berlin. You can purchase tickets here.

  • Cellar Presents – Neil Flynn & Cian Keogh

Eve continue their residency at Dublin’s freshest new club, Cellar and this week they’ve taken a step back from the drivers seat and invited Neill Flynn and Cian Keogh to step into the hot seat. Expect dazzling house and uplifting melodies to bring the sunshine to the dimmed basement. Tickets are strictly on the door.

  • Melodic Presents – Robag Wruhme At Tengu

The Melodic crew celebrate their 10th birthday in style by bringing over the minimalist don, Robag Wruhme to Tengu. Robag’s unique and quirky productions have earned him a serious name in the minimal scene and this translates excellently to his DJ sets. This should be a cracking night.   • Basement Project Presents – All Day Yard Party At Club Aras Na Gael

One of Galway’s longest running parties, Basement Project are back with their renowned Yard Party. They bringing a heap of Irish talent to celebrate their Paddy’s Day rollover party, including; Sam Greenwood, Shiv, Derek Carr, TripdiscO, Jay Murray and more.   • Selective Memory & Hidden Agenda Presents – DJ POOLBOI At Lost Lane

One of the most prominent names in lofi house comes to the intimate settings of Lost Lane on Friday the 18th. With a fan base of 100k subscribers on Youtube and a terrific back catalogue to match it, DJ POOLBOI’s Irish debut is very much anticipated. You can purchase tickets here.

Saturday 18th:

  • Bodytonic Presents – Kode9 At Wigwam

The much anticipated return of Hyperdub bossman Kode9 is upon us this Saturday. One of the UK’s most celebrated producers and label boss’s touches down in the Wigwam basement for a night of magic. Kode9 has released on some of the most celebrated labels in electronic music including Aphex Twin’s ephlex label, Soul Jazz and has also remixed for Mr. Fingers, Lee Scratch Perry, the Junior Boys, Battles and Dabrye/MF Doom among others.   • Cellar Presents – Taint, Yours Truly & Constant

Sam Greenwood has picked yet another fantastic local techno lineup for this Saturday’s edition of Cellar. Expect full throttle and jacking techno from the off from some of Ireland’s most in demand and exciting techno selectors. If you haven’t been to Cellar, you’re missing out.   • Index Presents – Mall Grab & Effy

Mall Grab’s Irish tour touches down at Index this Saturday, as the Aussie makes his anticipated debut in the Dublin venue alongside Effy. Mall Grab needs absolutely no introduction as one of the most popular DJs and producers of the last decade, his rise to stardom see’s no boundaries and we look forward to see him dismantle the Index main room.   • Illicit Presents – DJ Steaw & Vitess (Live Set) At Bow Lane

Illicit bring two of the most exciting French producers in the game right now to Bow Lane. This will be an intimate night of good house vibes in one of Dublins most exciting venues.
