Max HeyraudOur Global Mix series returns with one of our favourite techno selectors at the moment, Dinamite. The Berlin based DJ has been cutting her teeth in the techno scene for the last decade through a residency in Tresor & her much applauded imprint, Onna Bushi Records.
I stumbled across Dinamite last year through her newly formed label, Onna Bushi Records. From here I began to see to her name more frequently through appearances on Hör Berlin and guest mixes for likes of Pole Group & Oecus. Later I shared a lineup with Dinamite in Berlin and got to experience her powerful and dynamic techno sound, up close & personal.
The Spanish native has been residing in the capital of techno, Berlin for the last decade. Her move to Berlin has seen her gain a residency in the epicentre of techno, Tresor as well as become part of the revered Oecus team which is home to many of techno’s brightest rising stars.
Dinamite has been honing a vigorous sound that is hypnotic, forceful and pulsing. A skilled DJ that’s been exploring the possibilities of techno, has been providing formidable sets, that have seen the Berlin resident manoeuvre some of the most important European clubs in the underground circuit.
Dinamite’s mix for Four Four is a high powered trip through off-kilter, trippy & energetic techno. This is techno at it’s finest.
