Truly Moore, better known as, Yours Truly has been making a big impact within the music scene as of late. Guest mixes on Rinse, Project Radio and DDR have turning heads of some of the countries biggest promoters and DJs, rapidly throwing the Wicklow native into the deep end of high profile gigs in within the club and festival slots.
Yours Truly’s style is wide-ranging and eclectic while remaining comprehensive to the sounds of the deep. Known for playing quite bass heavy sounds of jungle, dubstep and breaks, the young selector finds no qualms about slipping in techno or house to great affect.
For the 150th Local Selection Mix, Truly has pulled out all stocks and thrown herself into the hour trip. Pulling inspirations from past and present influences, to piece together a well crafted journey.
Truly runs through broken and euphoric sounds in the early stages of the mix before launching into deep and groovy four to floor sounds. Rolling basses and hypnotic synth lines set the scene for a subterranean excursion. Truly drifts the energy up and down, taking the listener through a hot-blooded yet precarious experience. Truly show’s the mark of an accomplished DJ by keeping the energy on the edge of a knife but keeps composure through out.
