The French hard techno sensation, Cassie Raptor has built a reputation on the grounds of blistering techno, with absolutely no remorse. Rising through the ranks of the French scene, Cassie began turning heads with her uninhibited style of techno.
Set’s at pinnacle Parisian club nights, Spectrum & Possession launched the Raptor sound into the ears of thousands of ravers. During lockdown Cassie worked tirelessly and provided tremendous podcasts and streams on some of techno’s most fabled platforms such as Rinse, Boiler Room’s Hard Dance series, Voxnox Berlin, Fold’s Detect series & more.
The French producer has also been knocking out releases on some fairly prominent lablels such as Raw, Warrior Records, & Sestra. The high octane Parisian techno energy translated rapidly from the booth to her releases, creating a real vigour around her release schedule.
Raptor’s biggest achievement to date came in October of this year as she made her Boiler Room debut and smashed it with flying colours. The set now sits just under 150,000 views after just three months…pretty impressive.
Raptor’s track ‘Disturbed’ is a vigorous trip through what you might find in a Cassie Raptor DJ set. Pounding kicks, textured percussion, ravey synth lines and wavering vocals. This is tough as nails but doesn’t lose any interest as a result. Intelligent industrial techno from the rising star.
