Today’s premiere see’s Mexican based techno producer Fixon supply a rolling techno groove that lies in the perfect middle ground of stomping and jackin’, as he features on Volster’s ‘Secession’ imprint.

Mexico has become a hotbed for a new wave of techno producers that are focussed on tradition, forceful intent and relentless funk. Fixon is leading the way in a new generation of Mexican produces that are showcasing a unique blend of hypnotic elements and slamming rhythms.

Having released on Mord, Illegal Alien, Be As One Imprint and his own imprint ANAØH. Starting ANAØH 7 years ago Fixon has gone on to bring the label to the forefront of techno labels, recently releasing music from Ben Sims, James Ruskin, DJ Shufflemaster, Mark Broom, The Advent and more.

Fixon’s debut on Volster‘s Secession Records imprint see’s the producer focus on slamming off-kilter low-end rhythms while honing in on defined polyrhythmic sequences and quivering percussive grooves.
