Having risen through the ranks at Dublin’s Camden Academy, Oaklee is a local artist which we’ve been keeping tabs on both in terms of his mixes and productions.
The up and coming producer and DJ has been feverishly honing his craft under the watchful eye of Pusher in Camden Academy. Having picking up DJ’ing at a fairly rapid rate, OAKLEE took to production and began to craft his sound.
OAKLEE seeks to find the perfect balance between house and techno and influences new and modern. Classic Detroit and Chicago sounds but merged with a modern touch.
Nightrider is a straightforward feel good infused progressive techno track. Piano chords that remind you of the smell of the grass as you first pitch your tent at a summer festival. It’s new and fresh but has an overwhelming sense of nostalgia. A cracking debut from OAKLEE.
