One of Dublin’s most prolific minimal producers ‘Lukey’ announced yesterday that he will be joining the legendary Hot Creations for his next release. His EP ‘Less Is More’ lands on November 12th and comes as the 181st release on Jamie Jones’s imprint.
The Dublin based producer has been busy in the studio and has been putting out consistent high quality releases for the last couple of years. Some of these releases have seen him reach the Top 100 in the Beatport charts on various occasions as well as seeing him release on labels such as ‘IWANT Music’ and ‘Playgroove Recordings’.
Yesterday Lukey announced his biggest release of his career as he joins the impressive roster of past releases on Jamie Jones’s imprint, Hot Creations. Lukey’s ‘Less Is More’ EP falls alongside some industry heavyweights such as Patrick Topping, Rebuke, Ninetoes, Lee Foss, Darius Syrossian, Skream, The Martinez Brothers, Jamie Jones and many more.
Lukey wrote on his socials yesterday to announce the momentous news;
“The Label that led me down the rabbit hole of Electronic music as a kid, No matter what direction I took musically I always knew I’d release here at some stage. A three track EP on the legendary Hot Creations! I still have to give my head a shake sometimes to make sure it’s real. Huge thanks the main man Jamie Jones for listening to all my demos over the last 2 years I won’t forget it.”
The EP lands on November 12th and pre-orders can be purchased here.
