Lúnasa formally known as Pauline has released her debut two-track release, the ‘SAOR EP’ in aid of Trans Harm Reduction. The Dublin native displays a sharp knack for creating introspective tribal rhythms that are both bewitchingly off-kilter and brutally club-focussed.

One of Dublin’s most exciting up-and-coming DJs Lúnasa formally known as Pauline has just unleashed her highly anticipated debut EP. The self-released EP sees the Dublin-based DJ intertwine pulsating tribal rhythms alongside punching bass grooves and trance-licked sequences.

All profits from the EP are going towards the Trans Harm Reduction. “Would mean the world if you could support the release and give what you can! Trans Harm Reduction offers incredible support to the trans community with a focus on those who self-medicate. Given the state of trans healthcare in Ireland, their resources are absolutely crucial.

The two-track affair sees Lúnasa interweave a number of inspirations, moulding a brooding debut release that defies genre. The ‘SAOR EP’ is oozing crisp melodies, bright vocals, assertive basslines and repurposed psychedelic sound bites of the jaw harp. Combining the bleeding ends of multiple uplifting and introspective club-focused sounds, SAOR EP strives towards synergistic body music.
