It’s been a super busy start to 2025, with local artists slinging out tracks left and right. Sometimes, things slip through the cracks—so here are 11 new tracks from local dance music artists, covering various shades of electronic music.

AMY101 – Outlined in Chalk

Rising Irish hard techno artist AMY101 has been on a relentless release streak, carving out a name for herself with high-energy, no-holds-barred productions. Her latest track is a thundering hardstyle weapon, soaring at 170 BPM, packed with pounding kicks and nail-biting breakdowns.

Talinho – Umxhentso LP [PHTM]

South African-born, Irish-based artist Talinho lands on Canadian imprint PHTM with an eight-track digital album of off-kilter techno. Blending influences from tribal broken beats in the vein of Mulero to stripped-back minimalism, the release showcases his textured take on techno.

MELTX – Pretty Pink Poison

MELTX delivers yet another free download, this time diving into psytrance with Pretty Pink Poison—a galloping, industrial-tinged trip through trippy soundscapes and relentless momentum.

ROWDIBOI – VOICEMAIL

Hard dance enthusiast ROWDIBOI returns after a short hiatus, picking up right where he left off with a punishing new track. Sampling Samuel L. Jackson, he layers pulverising low-end and hard-edged screeches for a high-intensity return.

Sean Daly – Take You

Dublin’s Sean Daly drops a sizzling, rave-soaked breakbeat weapon, packed with a gnarly bassline, irresistible vocals, and crunchy breaks, guaranteed to be an earworm as soon as you listen to it.

Shannen Blessing – 303 Strap On

Bray’s Shannen Blessing unleashes 303 Strap On, a churning, hypnotic weapon that fuses fiery acid with a slick syncopated synth line and sharp percussion—keeping things rolling, simple, and powerful.

FyuN – Old but New LP

Berlin-based FyuN recently dropped a ’90s-inspired hardgroove and jackin’ techno album, showcasing his knack for flipping samples and blurring the lines between old and new. The tribal maestro delivers a release full of authentic, infectious grooves.

Havik – Monsoon [Observant]

Havik is undoubtedly one of the finest Irish artists in the world of minimalistic techno. His recent release Monsoon stands out as some of his best work to date—swingy, sexy, deep, and hypnotic techno, crafted to perfection.

Chaz Moloney – Move The Holy Land [Syncopated Records]

Chaz Moloney debuts on Dublin-based techno imprint Syncopated Records with five stripped-back original cuts, accompanied by remixes from Yant and Juri Heidemann. The seven tracks span from deep and dreamy to banging and spacey techno.

Kayleigh Glynn – Everybody In The House

Dublin-based Kayleigh Glynn delivers a straight-up tech house stomper, packed with rolling plucky bass grooves, jackin’ 909 drum work, and a classic vocal that does much of the heavy lifting. An eerie melody adds just the right amount of off-kilter energy, keeping the groove consistently surprising.

3.2KM – ROTTEN TO THE CORE [PA•RA•DO•XON BERLIN]

3.2KM, a favourite among Irish and Dutch hard techno warriors, unleashes yet another uncompromising and relentless workout. Leaning into industrial territory with a touch of Schranz influence, he conjures dark, ghostly soundscapes and obliterates them with distorted bass frequencies to devastating effect.
