The biggest club festival in the world ADE made its triumphant return last week and its 2022 edition boasted its largest attendance yet with an estimated 450,000 attendee’s across the week’s events.
The 27th edition of Amsterdam Dance Event recorded the highest amount of attendee’s in the festival’s history. The Netherlands capital hosted more than 1,000 events across 200 locations with over 2,500 artists participating in conferences, club show’s, meetings and more.
The birth of ADE came in 1996 and it was attended by 300 delegates with 30 DJs performing across the weekend. Fast forward to 2022 and the festival is the leading annual showcase of electronic music on the planet.
This year some stand out performances came from Carl Cox, Palms Trax, Job Jobse, DJ Stingray B2B Marcel Dettman, DVS1 B2B The Lady Machine and many more. DJ Bone hosted a stand out event in Radion entitled DJ Bone’s Homeless Homies fundraiser.
