Analog Rhythms returns to commemorate the seminal years of clubbing in Dublin City through photos, flyers, videos, and tales from the dancefloor at The Racket Space. On Saturday night pioneering acid-house DJ & producer A Guy Called Gerald will play a club show as part of the event alongside Warenn K & Jon Hussey.

Analog Rhythms by 909 Originals will celebrate the formative years of clubbing in Dublin, from the rave dens of Sides and The Asylum, via the stylish dancefloors of The Pod and The Kitchen, through to the ‘big room energy’ of the Temple Theatre and RedBox. The team also hosts DJ sets from A Guy Called Gerald, Jon Hussey, and Warren K as well as a panel discussion with Naphta (Bassbin), DJ Orbit (Temple Theatre), and Venetia Quick (Strictly Handbag).

Through photos, flyers, videos, and tales from the dancefloor, Analog Rhythms will showcase what was a period of massive change for Dublin nightlife, the reverberations of which are still being felt today.

If you’ve ever spent a lost weekend drifting from pub to club to afterparty, got engrossed in the beats of a subterranean techno den, or just immersed yourself in the magic of the Irish capital on a Saturday night this one’s for you.
