The Boudica Music Conference is a day event of educational panels and DJ sets streamed from the Freemasons Hall. The main purpose of the conference is to inspire more women and non-binary people to become involved in the music industry by delivering content from professionals they align with.

After the success of the first edition in 2020 which featured educational panels and DJ sets from artists like Object Blue, Tasha & Boudica founder Samantha Togni, Boudica Music Conference, returns at Freemasons Hall on August 7th, while it will be streamed online for free on August 21st.

This year’s edition is hosting 8 panels in collaboration with Featured Artist Coalition, Music Manager Forum, Musicians Union, along with more leading music organisations and London LGBTQIA+ and marginalised music platforms. During the panels they’ll be developing themes from last year and start new conversations on some of the issues within the music industry such as gender disparity and lack of representation.

The conference will be culture and community focused, aiming to give practical tools to the viewers and create new networks and spaces for artists and people in the industry.

This year Boudica also launches as a vinyl label showcasing trans+, NB, female artists. The first release on the imprint features Boudica founder Samantha Togni, Wanton Witch, Femanyst and Nur Jaber (VA02 on Boudica will follow in August feat. Minimal Violence, Peachlyfe, Sentimental Rave and Yazzus)
