Max HeyraudDublin Digital Radio (ddr.) has officially announced the full lineup for Alternating Current 2025, a highly anticipated 4-day celebration of Irish experimental music, audiovisual art, and multimedia performance.
This year’s edition, which will run from May 1st to 4th, 2025, promises to be a visceral musical experience, showcasing both emerging and established artists pushing the boundaries of sound and media innovation.
The lineup features acts such as Mel Keane, Ian Nyquist, Landless, E. the Artist, Louise Gaffney, Wastefellow, Lúnasa, Gliogar, Odd Ned, Laura Gallagher, GÉIS, Muhammad Syfkhan, and JWY.
Aside from live performances, the festival will feature several collaborations with leading collectives, including the International Community Radio Network (ICRN), LOOM, Radio Solstice, and the Reset! Network. These collaborations will come in the form of community-led broadcasts, panel discussions, and workshops.
The festival is made possible through the support of The Arts Council of Ireland and key collaborations with The Complex Dublin, FLUX Dublin, and Pepper Canister Church.
