Smirnoff unveils their new stage at Electric Picnic 2024, featuring The Blessed Madonna, Flight Facilities (DJ Set), DJ Seinfeld, HoneyLuv, Jyoty, Sim0ne, and others! The Smirnoff Stage will showcase a diverse range of established and emerging artists, fostering an inclusive environment where both artists and fans are treated equally and everyone can be themselves.
Electric Picnic will premiere the new Smirnoff Stage on its new date of August 16th – 18th. The stage embodies the ethos of dance music, where everyone is welcome, artists and fans are treated equally, honouring the spirit of being comfortable in your own skin.
Festival Director of Electric Picnic, Melvin Benn said: “We’re very happy to have this partnership with Smirnoff and believe that this collaboration will add to our already diverse and unique music programming, as well as offering Picnickers an immersive brand experience at Ireland’s biggest music festival.”
To ensure the stage is fully accessible to absolutely everyone it will include features such as an ISL interpreter, Braille and colour-coded cocktail menus, lower bar areas, noise-reducing earbuds and an accessible lift to the upper-tier Smirnoff Mezz.
Creative murals will come to life across the stage as members of the the all-female street art group Minaw paint across the purpose built space which offers a unique experience that pairs immersive sound and audio-visuals with an inclusive chill-out area, with of course, a variety of tasty Smirnoff drinks.

Smirnoff is championing the power of the collective as they’ve gathered the best of the country’s collectives to boost your festival experience. The Minaw Collective, Síolta Circus, Mo Cultivation, and AV and lighting professionals Kev Freeney and Ólan Clarke will offer a diverse program, including bright art murals and dramatic pop-ups. As the day transitions to night, the spectacular Fly Dance will up the speed and send the energy levels skyrocketing!
The stage also offers the opportunity to display festival clothes for prizes and breathe new life into their wardrobes with upcycling techniques at Dublin Independent Fashion Week, while Babooshka Beauty will provide free festival makeovers.
