Deep Sea Dweller will showcase bonafide Irish maestro Cignol at McGettigan’s this Saturday. Cignol, an undersung icon of the Irish electro and acid scene, has released music on revered labels such as Craigie Knowes, Unknown To The Unknown, Furthur Electronix, and others.

Deep Sea Dweller has quickly arisen as Ireland’s primary electro club night, showcasing an array of aquatic-soaked sounds in their hometown of Galway. Running off the back of landmark showcases in collaboration with Sunil Sharpe’s Earwiggle they now host Irish electro icon, Cignol.

Cignol is best known for his relentless output of high-grade electro cuts, which have been released by prestigious labels such as HC Records, Craigie Knowes, UTTU, Orson, Nocta Numerica, Lunar Disko, Furthur Elecronix, Distant Worlds, Winthorpe, and AC Records, to mention a few.

Deep Sea Dweller residents Jimmy P and Prun DSD look after support. Both are experts in their own right, well-versed in the art of the warm up, and their electro-tinged sound has made them local favourites across Galway.
