Guinness 0.0 has announced that Barry Can’t Swim will play a sunrise set at one of Dublin’s most unique locations, the Gravity Bar at the Guinness Storehouse on March 15th. Dancers will watch the dawn over Dublin City from 150 feet above as one of the most sought-after names in dance music soundtracks the once-in-a-lifetime event.
Guinness 0.0 has announced the first-ever daybreak dance party at the home of Guinness, with Barry Can’t Swim. The one-off event kicks off St. Patrick’s weekend with a day to remember at Guinness 0.0 Awakenings: an endorphin-boosting dance experience in the gravity bar as the sun rises over Dublin.
Barry Can’t Swim has accumulated over 44M total streams on Spotify alone and currently has 1.3M monthly. The London-based artist is flexing a number of high-profile festival appearances including Secret Garden Party, Lost Village Festival, FLY Open Air, BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend, Forbidden Fruit
Festival, and a Printworks debut as part of Spotify’s Altar event. His unique brand of jazz-influenced electronic music sets him apart from the crowd. A multi-instrumentalist (piano, guitar, bass, drums), producer, and DJ with classical training is a rising star in the music industry.
Looking ahead to his Guinness 0.0 Awakenings set, Barry Can’t Swim said: “I’ve never played a show like this before. I can’t wait to kick off the St. Patrick’s Day weekend with some epic tunes for my Irish fans.”
Guinness and the Guinness Storehouse are breaking with St. Patrick’s Day traditions by opening doors at 6.30 a.m. for this unique Guinness 0.0 event, which is free of charge. Barry Can’t Swim will be accompanied by a local support act, which will be announced next week.
