UK chart topping DJ and producer Jax Jones played an impromptu house party in Inchicore last Tuesday for LAB 54, a UK brand of non-conformist dance music events that happen everywhere, except in the traditional club space.

Jax Jones returned to Ireland to play in a slightly smaller venue than you can usually expect to find the London-based DJ and producer in, as he swapped a high end booth for a living-room in Inchicore. The UK house don played a last minute house party just outside Dublin City on a random Tuesday evening last week.

Jax Jones has been one of the most successful UK elctronic music artists within the last year as the Londoner boasts collaborations with artists such as Big Narstie, Demi Lavato, Stefflon Don and Jess Glynne. Jax Jones co-wrote and produced several Duke Dumont songs, and also featured on the chart-topping Number one song I Got U in March 2014, and made his chart debut in his own right the following year.

Lab 54 are a UK company that strive to host parties in strange locations, threading the line between the corporate world and underground house-party style events. The team have worked with some of the world’s leading DJs and companies.
