Kriptik Music and Arts Festival returns to West Cork on June 14th for two days of grassroots house, techno, trad, and more. The D.I.Y. festival features a number of Ireland’s most revered DJs, including Jamie Behan, Chaz Moloney, Doiléir, Offtrack, and others, as well as a notable headline performance by the godfather of Irish techno, Sunil Sharpe.
Kriptik are set to host their second homegrown boutique-style festival next month in West Cork. Their D.I.Y. parties have gained legendary status as of late, bringing a host of revered guests from Cailín, Aero, Offtrack, Lucas Ogma, Jamie Behan, and more to ever-changing undisclosed locations.
The return of Kriptik Music and Arts Festival is next on their never-ending high-octane agenda, and this year’s lineup is the most impressive yet. The handcrafted festival welcomes an array of Ireland’s top-tier DJs and producers, as Kriptik adheres to their rather strict booking policy, which ensures high-quality of music with the skill sets to match it.
Kriptik has notably enlisted Earwiggle label boss Sunil Sharpe as their 2024 headliner. The Dublin-based techno DJ is running off the back of his debut at Dublin’s Index, where he christened the new space with a set that can only be described as a masterpiece. Sunil has also had a busy first half of 2024, performing at Blitz and Club Rote Sonne in Munich, Lofi and De School in Amsterdam, and Tresor West in Dortmund, to name a few.
