Lady Gaga has revealed that her seventh studio album, MAYHEM, will drop on March 7th.

The 14-track project marks a new direction for the pop icon, as she delves into the world of industrial and electronic music. Gaga shared, “I loved learning about industrial music and exploring all the different crevices of electronic sound.”

The album includes singles Die With a Smile, featuring Bruno Mars, and Disease, alongside contributions from Gesaffelstein, Andrew Watt, Cirkut, and Gaga herself. Executive production duties are shared by Gaga, Watt, and Michael Polansky.

“The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved,” Lady Gaga said in a recent press statement. Speaking to the LA Times last month, she also expressed her excitement about working with a diverse group of producers, including DJs and Gesaffelstein, adding, “I loved collaborating with all the DJs and Gesaffelstein on my new album.” This fusion of styles marks a pivotal moment for Gaga marching towards new and bolder territories for an ever-changing pop star.
