Today we launch our newest content series promoting art and culture in Ireland. Our decision to introduce this coverage to our growing community of readers is a stride in a more dynamic direction for the magazine as we strive to give an encompassing sense of creative growth in Ireland.

With electronic music often going hand in hand with visual art events, and industry collaborations on the up, there’s no better time than now to share the great work happening up and down the country.

We will be focusing our attention on artist collectives, DIY culture and art exhibitions through a new interview and exhibition review series. Combined with spotlights on street artists, art markets and events, we aim to give our readers a true view of what’s popping up locally, and put a lens on what is driving the visual art narrative in Ireland.

We will also be delving into some of the current struggles faced by many artists today, whilst sharing some interesting opportunities and open calls.

If you are an artist or curator and have an upcoming exhibition, if you are doing a mural, have an art event, creative project or open call we would love to hear from you!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at art@fourfourmag.com for a chat.
