Max HeyraudNexus, the mostly Irish, community-owned club night, is gearing up for its final edition, returning to Berlin’s M01 and Renate Garden for a 32-hour marathon party, its biggest and final iteration.
What began as a group chat between a small network of collaborators quickly evolved into a wider community platform, connecting emerging and established talent across Ireland, Berlin, and New York. From the beginning, Nexus has placed grassroots local DJs at the heart of the project, rejecting the idea that a successful party depends on “big names”, in fact, it has always stood firmly against it.
Nexus is greater than the sum of its parts: a collective of artists, promoters, and devoted advocates for underground culture, spanning different countries, cities, backgrounds, and communities, all brought together by founder Offtrack. It is a celebration of underground music, soundtracked by the very people who help shape and sustain it in their respective cities, united under one roof in Berlin.
Over time, the project has grown beyond club nights into a broader cultural space — one built around connection, mutual support, and a genuine sense of belonging both on and off the dancefloor.
Now, the community comes together one final time, beginning tonight, for a 32-hour celebration of everything Nexus has represented: a home for underground culture, a platform for its people, and a reminder that the strongest scenes are built from within.
