Belfast has a new monthly queer warehouse party that will take place in Banana Block on the last weekend of each month. Mince showcase their first party with Belfast royalty Mount Palomar on headline duties.
A new queer night in launching in Belfast this Saturday. Mince will take place monthly and showcase one of Belfast’s only monthly parties at the fabled Banana Block venue.
Their first party see’s the team invite Belfast legend Mount Palomar as their debut headline act. Mount Palomar has enjoyed a busy few months with standout shows with AVA Festival, Other Voices, Patch Works, as well as playing regularly at Ulster Sports Club.
Mince is a celebration of queer culture taking influence from queer Berlin nightlife and 90s fashion. The music at Mince takes inspiration from the underground queer discos of the 70s and 80s with a modern twist. Think Paris is Burning meets Berghain, under the gorgeous glass ceilings of Banana Block.
