Cabal are set to host their first show in Dublin on August 20th and they’re bringing a star studded lineup to Centre Point. The Limerick heavyweight promoters are joined by Chloe Robinson & Long Island Sound B2B Small Crab for a night of sub shaking artillery.
Cabal have become notorious for hosting some of the best parties in Limerick city, from court yard parties to full blown warehouse raves, the crew are known throughout the country for their stand-out show’s in The Treaty county. The crew now venture to the capital for their first show in Dublin, and they host it in the newly refurbished Centre Point, fka Button Factory.
On the back of announcing their newly formed label Cabal Records they announce their debut show in Dublin and they bring the packed lineup of Chloe Robinson & Long Island Sound B2B Small Crab with them.
Chloé Robinson fka Barely Legal has been pushing her sub shaking sound for over a decade and seen backing from some of the most renowned electronic artists in the world, including Four Tet, Caribou, Ben UFO, and Floating Points. She has now been asked to perform B2B or as part of showcases with Jamie XX, Skrillex, Special Request, Hessle Audio, and others, making her one of the most highly tipped artists in bass music right now.
Long Island Sound & Small Crab need little introduction, as some of the most desired Irish selectors right now. Small Crab’s prowess in bass music has brought her a series of high profile shows in Ireland such as Life Festival, Forbidden Fruit Festival, support for Marie Montexier and many more.
Long Island Sound have crafted a unique flavour of rhythmic grooves and entrancing melodies that have earned them show’s all over Ireland and across Europe. The pair run their imprint Signs Of Space and just recently released their debut album to great acclaim.
With an all star lineup in the newly refurbished Centre Point this is setting up to be one of the show’s of the summer.
