One of Ireland’s most exciting music venues, Pot Duggans, is stepping things up this summer with a new series of daytime parties, launching June 27th for Pride, with Horse Meat Disco set to headline the inaugural event.
Running from 2 PM to 8 PM, the events will move between the venue’s yard and converted barns depending on the weather, leaning into the increasingly popular early-start, early-finish format. Sunshine, disco and home before midnight.
The series opens on Saturday, June 27th, with a headline set from Horse Meat Disco, the long-running London party collective known for its soulful blend of disco, house and queer club culture. They’ll play from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Support comes from Conor L, formerly of Dublin party institution Bodytonic and a regular at Horse Meat Disco’s weekly London sessions, who handles the opening stretch from 2 PM. Local selectors Ali Daly and Sean McGrath close proceedings from 6 PM to 8 PM.
Tickets are priced at €15, with a limited two-for-one offer running until May 31st via Eventbrite. The venue is also launching its “20/241 Club,” offering free membership and future ticket deals through the mailing list.
More events for July and August are set to be announced soon.
